Pressure cleaning, repairing, sealing and coating prices

Shown below are guidelines for our pressure cleaning, repairing, sealing and coating prices
Please bear in mind that every job is different and will be priced according to it’s specific requirements.
Cheapest rates generally apply to the larger areas
Discounts are sometimes available on request for larger area’s
Commercial customers and customers with larger areas to be cleaned/coated will always be subject to a formal quotation, provided after a site survey has taken place.
Areas requiring special access equipment will always require a formal quotation
 
 

Mono-block areas:

All block cleaning is done by rotary cleaner, to keep mess to a minimum
Edges, kerbs and borders (where required) are finished by turbo lance
 
  • Clean & Sand – From £2.50 – £3.50 per square meter (min charge £75 applies)
  • Clean only – From £1.50 – £2.50 per square meter (min charge £45)
  • Block sealing – From £4 – £6 per square meter

Repairs

  • Block repairs – From £25 per square meter (levelling, replacing, re-spacing)
  • Drain and gully repairs – Please ask for a quote

Roofs:

Roof cleaning is done by rotary cleaner where possible, to keep mess to a minimum and reduce wear to tile surface
Biocide treatments are done using fully biodegradable products only, MSDS available on request
 
  • Pressure cleaning  – From £3.50 – £4.50 per square meter
  • Pressure clean and biocide – From £4.00 – £6.00  per square meter
  • Manual clean (scrape and brush) and biocide – From £300
  • Biocide treatment only –  From £1.50 per square meter (min charge £150)
  • Clean, treat and colour coat*  – From £12.50 per square meter

Repairs

  • Tile replacement – From £75 (includes first 6 tiles)
  • Ridge tile re-bedding – From £20 per tile (min charge £75)

*Colour coating is using the Smartseal “Climashield” system and is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 yrs 

Tarmac:

Tarmac cleaning can also be done by rotary cleaner, at lower pressures, and where the tarmac is in good condition, otherwise a cleaning solution followed by low pressure broom wash will be recommended
 
  • Pressure cleaning – From £1.50 per square meter (min charge £75)
  • Re-coating – From £4.00 – £6.00 per square meter

Walls & buildings:

Various options available here, from specialised rotary cleaners, to traditional lance, water broom and turbo nozzle.
 
  • General Pressure cleaning – from £1 – £2 per square meter  (min charge £75)

Patio’s & paving

Due to patios and paving being more awkward, both to reach and to clean, prices are sometimes slightly higher, but simpler and larger shaped area’s will be priced at a lower rate where possible
  • Pressure cleaning – From  £1.50 – £2.50 per square meter (min charge £45)
  • Repairs – From £15.00 per square meter (re-levelling, pointing, aligning)
